I thrive at finding solutions to difficult, and often chronic, business and technology challenges. I am a manager of change. In 1995, during a transition period for me,
I was asked to help organize two new business ventures. In 1996 I officially became a consultant -- forming Westerkamp Consulting (resume).
My business development activities for clients often involved eMarketing and other uses of the internet. In order to adequately respond to my customers, in 1999, along with

Taking the road less traveled has provided me
the opportunity to work and become friends with many extremely intelligent and skilled people. I am especially proud of
and grateful to those that have made me a better person. I hope I was able to contribute to their success. I will always
consider these relationships among my most prized assets.
I am very fortunate to have contributed to some extremely important, interesting,
and challenging technology and business solutions. The variety and uniqueness of my endeavors are sometimes
hard for even me to believe. To top it off, my work has taken me to interesting places such as China, Japan, England, Germany,
France, Italy, Mexico, Canada and all over the USA. I have truly been blessed.
